"We had a wonderful week at Chateau du Trichot. What a lovely home you have. We saw much to enjoy in the garden, including two deer, humming birds on the lavender and a very sedate hare. The pool was rarely empty and we (attempted to) play tennis ! We all enjoyed evening singing around the Grand Piano, after warm balmy suppers on the Terrace. We packed the car with a lot of local wine and duck to bring home. Murielle was first class and I enjoyed practising my French with her. I also had a chat...
